The program requirements are:

PVC or RPET material
Material gauge must be:
- 10, 12 or 15 mil for PVC
- 10 or 15 for RPET
Order quantities must be in increments of 7,500
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- 7,500 for PVC
- 15,000 for RPET
Blisters only (hinge-less packages)
