HEAT SEALING MACHINES: MODEL: ERB
 The rotary, thermo-sealing machine is ideal for low to high volume production.
The teflon-coated sealing head is regulated by a digital temperature control.
Blisters and cards are fed and unloaded manually. However, as optional features, the machine can be equipped with self-standing automatic card feeding and automatic unloading of finished products.
Machine is equipped with CAM index drive system with speed control.
All motions and functions are coordinated using operator interface. Counter is provided and can be reset for each production run. All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated.
The set-up of the machine is simply a question of minutes, and change-over of card magazine and jigs is quick and easy.
Structure: Heavy gauge welded steel.
