The Combo Run program was specifically set up to address the problem of high cost tooling for a low volume project.  Our Combo Run approach allows various customers to share the cost of tooling, with an initial tooling investment of usually less than $500. 

Here are the program requirements:

This program is for hingeless packages (No Clamshells)

No multilevel cuts are allowed

PVC is the only material

Material gauge must be .010 mil, .012 mil or .015 mil

Order volumes must be in increments of 7,500 pieces

Minimum order quantity – 7,500 pieces

Maximum order quantity – 120,000 pieces

We have perfected the process to the point that the production quality is indistinguishable from custom runs.  We know this to be true because thousands of our Combo blisters are automatically feed through heat sealing equipment without a problem.
